Making me HAPPY this week
Whoops, i usually post on a Sunday but I was so busy yesterday that I didn't even think of updating my blog!!!!
1) Signs of spring in the local park on Sunday
2) Weather today!!! I do love snow.
3) Two of our carers bringing us homemade cakes for Easter.
4) Pic n Mix. I gave up sweets for lent. Ooooh they tasted so good when I was allowed them again!
Not so good this week. I cooked beef for Easter lunch and most of it ended up in the bin. Not only did Anni spend ALL day trying to get to the beef in the kitchen but the rest of us thought it was inedible. Not time I'm sticking to chicken.......
